As an output of the Saigon Dong Nai Sustainable Flood Risk Management Project (International expert Jean-Paul Vanderlinden from CEARC) a vulnerability assessment risk mapping handbook has just been released.

Bùi Thị Minh Hà, visiting scientist at the CEARC, is the main author, co authors are Trần Thống Nhất, Đinh Công Sản,Nguyền Kim Đan and Jean-Paul Vanderlinden.
