Yorghos Remvikos

Yorghos remvikos is professor in Environmental Health and manages the Master 2 - Sciences of health, Environment, Territory and Society (Sciences de la Santé, de l'Environnement, du Territoire et de la Société). After years of research on cancer biology, he decided now to dedicate himself to the relation between health and environmental conditions (physical and social ones). He developed a teaching program towards the French-speaking countries from the South. Through the health, as an important well-being component, he addresses the development of communities in interaction with their environmental conditions. The adaptation to climate changes is addressed through the issue of flood resilience.
