Held virtually from Tromsø on 1-4 February, the Arctic Frontiers 2021 was devoted this year to the issue of “bridging bridges” in the Arctic. Our Norwegian partner was panelist of the session “Valuing the digital ocean” on 3 February, raising the issue of how do we valuate the emerging digital technology and information in the Arctic. In the framework of the ethics of environmental transitions and its technologies, Anne Bremer (UiB-SVT) bring some SeMPER-Arctic expertise, talking about the importance of locally-based, narrative-centered understanding of resilience in the Arctic.
