I am Associate Professor in economics at UVSQ since 2012 and member of the Cultures Environments Arctic Climate Representations (CEARC) laboratory since 2016.

After defending my PhD thesis entitled “Sustainable mobility in urban area: efficiency and prospects of environmental policies” at the University of Nantes in 2009, I did a post-doctorate within the ANR program “Sustainable City Eval PDU” (environmental Impact Assessment of a PDU and its socio-economic consequences). I was subsequently a research fellow at the Department of Transport Studies, Roads and Planning (Setra, MEDDTL, French Ministry of ecology).

My research mainly focuses on sustainable mobility policies reconciling the approaches of transport economics and environment. My work revolves around two main axes: (i) the development and evaluation of transport policies (congestion and emission charges, tradable emission permits, multi-modal platform, autonomous vehicles); (ii) the analysis of the characteristics and determinants of mobility behavior at different territorial scales (carpooling, carsharing, financial and psychological incentives). These two axes have the common objective of helping to promote access to sustainable mobility.

Theoretical methods used: Microeconomic modeling, cost-benefit analysis, monetization of environmental externalities

Econometric methods used: linear, non-linear models, spatial models (SAR, SEM, SDM), discrete choice method
